A new and improved version of Grimco.com is on the way! We’ve been hard at work to provide Grimco.com users a more consistent and easy-to use experience. While the new look is a big change by itself, there are also some great new features designed to make your time on Grimco.com seamless from start to finish. Below, we'll walk through some of the new features you can expect to see!
Homepage BannerThe first thing you'll probably notice on Grimco.com is the larger banner carousel on the homepage. This new feature allows us to share all the awesome things happening at Grimco, including announcements, promotions, product features, and upcoming events.
Recently Ordered Products
On the Grimco.com homepage, there has always been a place to quickly view, add-to-cart, and re-order your recently ordered products once signed-in. You’ll now see the same section in a horizontal carousel, giving you more detailed images & product ratings as well! For an even more detailed view, the "View All" link will allow you to easily browse all Recently Ordered products on one page.

Recently Viewed Products
With this all-new feature, you can see a collection of recently viewed products right on your homepage. By simply signing into Grimco.com, these products will be visible across multiple sessions. So, there’s no need to worry about losing your place if you come back to Grimco.com later. Similar to Recently Ordered, "View All" links to a page dedicated to all your recent product views. To help your navigation, this carousel will also be featured at the bottom of product pages, just under the Reviews and Q&A.
Trending Products
For signed-out or brand new Grimco.com users, we’ve assembled a collection of trending products to help you stay in tune with products that are currently popular within the industry. These products are a great starting point if you're just beginning your browsing experience on Grimco.com.
Search Improvements
Your favorite navigation tool just got a whole lot better! Now, the Grimco.com search bar will suggest options that include categories and brands. Of course, you can still search for and navigate to products using the exact SKU!
We’ve also decided to let your search term stick around for a bit. While searching Grimco.com, your search term will remain in the search bar throughout your entire search path, so you can edit or add to it in order to dial in your results.
Managing Your Account
We know these pages are very important to our users. You can expect to see cleaner and easier-to-read tables for invoices and payments, featuring more functional sorting & searching. We’ve also consolidated the My Profile & Account Info page for a quicker account snapshot, and given the Address Book & Payment Methods pages a more user-friendly feel.
Your Orders/Returns page recently underwent its own overhaul, so the only changes you’ll see on this page are cosmetic. However, be on the lookout for some further enhancements soon (hint: more visible PO Numbers!).
Other Homepage Updates
The Equipment & Software section houses links to some top equipment categories, as well as the brand new Grimco Equipment & Software page dedicated to tech support, pre-install checklists, product demos and more!
Like our Exclusive Brands? This updated section displays all the Grimco Exclusive brands that feature competitively priced products of the highest quality. Each brand is linked to it's respective product collection on Grimco.com so you can easily find your favorite products!
