We are doing our best to make sure that all tax exemption certificates are brought into the Grimco system. Since most states require the seller’s information to be included on the certificate, we will need an updated copy listing “Grimco” as the seller.
Please send your updated certificates, as well as any additional or future exemption certificates to grimcoinc@certcapture.com.

What location do I go to if I need to pick something up?
As we welcome TubeliteDenco customers and employees into the Grimco family, we are updating branches in select markets! Please check the list above, and if you are one of these markets, find out the updated branch location and how to order starting Monday, November 20!
If you are a TubeliteDenco customer not in the affected markets, please resume your normal ordering process for the time being. We will be in constant communication before making any future updates to branch locations.
Is my TubeliteDenco website sign in still valid?
Yes, your TubeliteDenco.com sign in is still active. TubeliteDenco customers in the select markets for branch updates starting Monday, November 20 will be unable to place orders or add items to you cart on TubeliteDenco.com. Learn how to order HERE.
If you are a TubeliteDenco customer not in the affected markets, your TubeliteDenco.com sign in is still active. Please keep using this resource until further notice.
Grimco doesn't carry all the products I was ordering from TubeliteDenco, what do I do?
The combined product offering of Grimco and TubeliteDenco is going to be substantially greater combined than doing business separately. There are and will be a few specific brands that may not transition from TubeliteDenco to Grimco but we will keep you informed about all developments.
We ask for your patience as we work through onboarding new vendors. If there are any items that you used to order from TubeliteDenco that are not on Grimco.com, please reach out to your sales rep to explore your options.
Will my pricing remain?
At this time, we will be honoring all TubeliteDenco pricing agreements. If Grimco or TubeliteDenco has a lower price for an item, we’re currently honoring the lower of the two prices where possible in the customers' favor. We want this transition to benefit our customers!
Is my TubeliteDenco Sales Rep still available?
Yes! Grimco has spent the last few weeks onboarding TubeliteDenco Sales Reps. They will still be here, ready to help you make this transition as well.
When ordering on Grimco.com, what if I'm shipping to a location that's different from my billing address?
If your billing address is associated to a location that has transitioned, but your shipping address is not, it's possible that your order cannot be placed online yet. If this occurs, please contact TubeliteDenco's East Region: 800-505-4900 or West Region: 877-443-3626 to place the order.
