As we move forward with bringing GSG into the Grimco family, we want to keep you fully informed and supported throughout the transition.
NOTE: On Friday, June 13th, 2025, GSG will fully transition into Grimco.
Thursday, June 12th is the last day to order through GSG and gogsg.com.

- Vinyl: We will continue to cut 3M™ 3630, 3M™ 2080, Avery SW900, and select 3M™ 7725 vinyl by the yard. All other vinyls must be ordered by the roll.
- Paint: BESA will still be mixed in Columbus, OH. Starting June, we’ll also mix Matthews Paint in Dallas. Matthews Paint and Akzo Nobel are available from multiple locations for faster shipping.
- Extrusion: Sign Comp full lengths will be stocked in Dallas, Orlando, and Philadelphia. Cutting by the foot will no longer be available.
- Cooley Material: Rolls will remain in stock, but yard sales will be discontinued.
- LEDs: We stock a broad range for fast delivery. LEDs will no longer be sold by the module.
- Mesh & Frames:
- Sefar mesh will now be available by the roll only—no longer sold by the yard.
- We will continue to stock a wide variety of frames. We will outsource re-meshing services so that is a service we can provide. However, the Green Screen Program will be discontinued.

What is the timeline for GSG to be fully transitioned into Grimco?
GSG will officially merge into Grimco June, 13th 2025. The last day to order through GSG is Thursday, June 12th 2025.
- Brands & Equipment & Service

Will we service M&R equipment?
We will not be servicing M&R equipment through Grimco. For assistance and support, you can reach out to SES Texas LLC (Casey Reese) at 214-876-8180 or contact M&R directly. They'll be happy to help!
Will we continue servicing Roland, and will Grimco service HP and Epson equipment?
Absolutely! Roland is an important partner, and we'll continue to service their equipment. We're also excited to be adding 20 technicians to our team to support this.
- HP equipment sold by GSG will be serviced by Grimco.
- HP and Epson equipment sold by Grimco will continue to be handled by a third party.
Will we keep Arlon?
We won't be carrying Arlon moving forward, but don't worry—we have excellent alternatives! Our team is ready to talk with you about Briteline and 3M™ products that will work great for your needs.
What other brands or products will we discontinue in our offering?
We are carefully evaluating a wide range of vendors and products. If there are any significant changes, especially for high-volume brands, we'll communicate them directly in the coming weeks. For anything not covered, feel free to reach out to your Grimco rep for more details!
Will Grimco be keeping BESA and Mixing Paint?
We will be mixing BESA in Columbus, OH only. Grimco also mixes Matthew's Paint and Akzo Nobel. We mix Akzo Nobel paint in Charlotte, Memphis, Columbus and Orlando. We mix Matthew's Paint in Charlotte, Memphis, Columbus, New Jersey and Orlando. By June 13th, we will also mix Matthew's Paint N Series and SV Series in Dallas.
Will we cut Sign Comp to size?
We will be keeping Sign Comp products, but as of May 30th we will be discontinuing the custom cutting services of Sign Comp. Let us know if you need assistance with finding a solution!
Will Grimco sell vinyl by the yard?
Grimco will still offer some vinyl by the yard, including:
- 3M™ 2080
- Avery SWF
- 3M™ 3630
- Select SKUs of 3M™ 7725-314/324
However, after May 30th, Grimco will not be selling any other vinyl types by the yard.
Will Sefar mesh be cut by the yard?
We will continue to offer Sefar mech but will no longer be providing custom cuts by the yard starting May 30th.
Will Grimco be mixing screen inks and color matching?
Yes! Our Dallas facility will continue to provide screen ink mixing and color matching. We will no longer sell Vortex brand ink. We also mix Wilflex inks in Minneapolis and San Francisco.

Will I still be able to order from GSG and Grimco separately in 2025?
The last day to order through GSG is Thursday, June 12th. GSG will be fully transitioned into Grimco by Friday, June 13th. Until June 12th, you can continue to order as normal through Grimco and GSG separately.
- Ordering & Support

If I don't have a Grimco.com account, how will I get one?
If you have a log in with GSG, Grimco will be transferring your username over to Grimco.com and have you pre-approved. The only thing you will need to do is create a password on the initial log in.
Does Grimco offer pick ups?
Grimco does allow you to pick up orders. However, to cut down on wait times, we do suggest you order before you pick up either by phone or on Grimco.com.

Will my terms change?
Grimco plans to keep your terms the same as they were with GSG. A rep will reach out if anything changes.
Can I still pay COD or cash at delivery?
Customers will be able to pay COD or cash until Thursday, June 12th, 2025. Starting Friday, June 13th, 2025, customers will be required to pay with a credit card or terms as COD and cash will no longer be an accepted form of payment. More details to come on receiving terms with Grimco.

Will there be any changes to shipping or delivery times for orders placed with Grimco or GSG?
No, expected shipping and delivery times will remain the same in 2025, depending on external factors such as supply chain conditions, carrier availability, and market dynamics. Each company will continue to fulfill orders as they currently do. We will need an answer for this.
