I can't seem to get my HP cutter opos to detect the registration and barcode marks in order to contour cut the BL Window Perf 65/35 print jobs?

Following the instructions on that video turn off the barcodes and XY OPOS and turn on the OPOS.

The profile is the next step, going off the BL WP 50/50 profile for the material. You clone and modify the new profile (naming it WP BL 65/35) and use the following settings – 16 passes, 200 temp, 45 vacuum, and 600 inter pass delay. Or you can also use HP One-view Window printer profile as well.

The last piece of the puzzle is to send the job from Production Manager instead of sending from the cutter screen. Doing so allows you to set the start point with the knife directly above the square registration mark. Make sure that the loaded media in the cutter is the same orientation as you see it on screen. Basically so that the TOP of the media fed in first and the bottom of the media was first to cut at the front of the machine.
