How do I set up a file to print Varnish on the Epson V7000 UV Flatbed Printer?

This tutorial explains the steps needed for Epson Edge Print and the UV Controller to print the Varnish at various percentages. For Onyx RIPs, change the name of the spot channel swatch to Spot2 instead of "Varnish". Everything else stays the same.
