Do I need to ventilate the room where the printer is installed?
-
Yes. Air should vent out of the room, and fresh air should come into the room. Air should not circulate in the room. The Epson UltraChrome UV ink smell can cause some irritation and possible discomfort.
Note: The Epson SureColor V1070 must be placed in a room whose ventilation system is capable of 10 to 15 ACH (air changes per hour). An additional system may be required if the existing ventilation system is inadequate. There is a rear attachment on the printer to connect to a third-party ventilation device.
